- Able to Read and Write Legibly; Able to Follow Orders;
- Maintains records, files, and processes single documents;
- Proceeds with duties by following several standardized procedures and may refer to supervisor if problems arise;
- Operates sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other janitorial type equipment;
- Able to Work with Little Direct Supervision;
