Our company is looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory counts as needed;
  • Help to maintain clean, safe and organized workspace and warehouse;
  • Check-in, observe and communicate with team members to assess areas needing assistance;
  • Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders for production and prepare for shipment;
  • Carry out printing & shipping process controls to maintain established production efficiencies;
  • Package custom goods coming off the printing press and stocked products with accuracy according to order pack lists;
  • Maintain records of imports and exports;
  • Prepare and pack orders for shipments;
  • Ensure proper labeling and placards with all shipments;
  • Perform any other tasks as required;
  • Interface with freight forwarders on all import/export shipments;
  • that pertain to hazardous material handling and transportation of ETP goods;
  • Generate shipping documents for all exports;
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation as objective evidence to support internal and external audits;
  • Competent Authority (Process of applying with the DOT on new explosives/products).
