Warehouse operator 1 Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Warehouse operator 1 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Available for overtime as needed;
- Handling all types and sizes of chemicals by Pulling, Packing and Stocking these materials;
- Verifying all the material against documents provided;
- Will be on feet for most of the day;
- Will be exposed to extremely cold conditions for periods of time throughout the shift;
- Ability to work in a fast-past environment while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude;
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs;
- May be required to perform additional duties as assigned;
- Follow all EHS procedures. Participate in EHS activities;
- PC background / will have to use the PC most of the day in our operating system of SAP;
- Hours are 10:30am to 7:00pm (Monday – Friday);
- Ability to read and follow a standard operating procedure;
- Attention to detail is critical;
- Some tasks are repetitive motion.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and can thrive in a constantly changing business environment;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Basic knowledge of MS Word.
