Our company is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Validating driver details for security;
  • Loads and unloads trucks in an efficient manner;
  • Follows customer requirements to select, fill and package orders;
  • Assists with receiving, checking, and verification of in-bound materials including small package, freight, temperature controlled, GMP and HAZMAT;
  • Performs general administrative and organizational activities;
  • Completes and files required documentation as applicable;
  • Investigates discrepancies and performs recounts;
  • Detail clean stored containers and get them ready for shipping;
  • Ensure all surfaces are smooth and operate a handheld grater to smooth out edges;
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department;
  • Clean and disinfect plastic containers for reuse;
  • Inspect all dry product to ensure cleanliness;
  • Ensure all cloth is placed back in the correct location;
  • Demonstrate skills in attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently or cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • One year of equipment experience;
  • PC literacy;
  • One-year work experience;
  • Certified in assigned equipment (forklift, Raymond side-loader, overhead crane, etc.);
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a warehouse environment;
  • Basic math competency;
  • Basic measurement competency;
  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack;
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of handling hazardous material;
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, DEA, USP, and EP;
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
  • Must have a resume;
  • Prior computer experience or experience working with automated equipment a plus;
  • Preferred candidates have prior production, warehouse, manufacturing or any type of machine operating experience.
