       <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Own set up of all experimental initiatives, monitoring, and post-experiment analysis;<\/li><li>Present project progress, issues and mitigations to all stakeholders;<\/li><li>Consult with the client to understand their analytic needs and the deliverables;<\/li><li>Prioritize and delegate ad hoc analysis for the business units;<\/li><li>Set up automated dashboards and monitoring as well as alerting systems for business units and finance to monitor drivers of their business;<\/li><li>Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to improve our products and prioritize analyses for impact;<\/li><li>Complete your share of the projects;<\/li><li>Drive user training and on-going support;<\/li><li>Document data requirements and think through complex problems to make actionable recommendations;<\/li><li>Create value for third-parties;<\/li><li>Recruit and lead a high-performing team of analysts;<\/li><li>Develop Online Merchandising Solutions Analytics roadmap, prioritizing development of reporting capabilities based on business need;<\/li><li>Build a dashboard strategy to monitor key business KPIs;<\/li><li>Build for test and learn strategies (A\/B test, multivariate test, etc.);<\/li><li>Set the agenda for the team.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preferably able to understand the use of predictive modelling and machine learning and to identify business problems where those can be applied;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Approaches business challenges with creativity and an understanding of data to design analytical approaches that answer core business questions;<\/li><li>Knowledge of Machine Learning\/Artificial Intelligence is a plus;<\/li><li>Knows how to identify, recruit, lead, and retain analysts\/data scientists;<\/li><li>Proven track record of building an experimental framework preferred (not required but need to have a perspective on it);<\/li><li>2+ years experience leading a highly technical team in a dynamic environment;<\/li><li>Expert level experience with multiple data related programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL;<\/li><li>Exceptional communication skills;<\/li><li>Experience in defining KPIs and metrics that encapsulate business operations;<\/li><li>BS or MS in computer science, Data Science or similar;<\/li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, good time management and organizational skills;<\/li><li>Previous experience with a digital subscription product;<\/li><li>Hands-on experience in architecting and developing actionable and insightful dashboards and reports.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n
