reduction and safety improvement;<\/li><li>Provide clear work instructions, training, and design systems to promote sustainability of improvements;<\/li><li>Utilize Lean Six-Sigma methodology to make improvements to processes to improve process capability, efficiency, and quality;<\/li><li>Work with the Tooling Department to optimize production tooling requirements and design.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to manage and supervise junior engineers and\/or engineering technicians;<\/li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;<\/li><li>Good understanding of heat transfer systems;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li><li>Highly results oriented and focused on business priorities, with a successful record of accomplishments;<\/li><li>Hands-on experience and ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment;<\/li><li>Lean certification strongly desired;<\/li><li>Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, SQL, Minitab);<\/li><li>Results based Leadership style skill set with strong impact and influencing skills;<\/li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to assess and manage priorities;<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills;<\/li><li>Knowledge of plastic materials;<\/li><li>Ability to organize and interpret data to isolate manufacturing problems and determine trends;<\/li><li>Experience with plastics
