to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements);<\/li><li>Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces;<\/li><li>Finish concrete per job requirements;<\/li><li>Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead);<\/li><li>Hand-tie steel bars into cages for precast pieces;<\/li><li>Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded;<\/li><li>Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures;<\/li><li>Gathers parts to be placed in forms for layout;<\/li><li>Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws;<\/li><li>Utilize hand tools to level concrete in moldings;<\/li><li>Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements;<\/li><li>Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps;<\/li><li>Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pursuing of Associates of Applied Science General Technology-Construction emphasis or Certification;<\/li><li>Productive worker with solid work ethic who exerts effort in successfully completing tasks;<\/li><li>Willingness to learn new skills or techniques;<\/li><li>Completed a construction internship at USU Blanding;<\/li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision;<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills;<\/li><li>Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing;<\/li><li>Construction experience;<\/li><li>Ability to work OT as required by production;<\/li><li>Team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers;<\/li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints;<\/li><li>Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success;<\/li><li>Six months of more knowledge and experience in construction field;<\/li><li>1 year
