 \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Mold Maker to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepare necessary prints and instructions to coordinate helpers as needed;<\/li><li>Reading and interpreting blue prints;<\/li><li>Plan and schedule jobs to meet quoted hours and delivery dates;<\/li><li>Inspect products and select the correct shop equipment and tools to complete the job;<\/li><li>Attend kick off meetings and provide input for design mold and build;<\/li><li>Maintaining a clean work area;<\/li><li>Train and guide assigned helpers as needed to ensure a safe working environment;<\/li><li>Identify problems within the mold and create solutions;<\/li><li>Responsible for the manufacturing and testing (usually visual) of all stages of the manufacturing process;<\/li><li>Lead and supervise mold and R&#038;D component construction according to instructions and engineering drawings.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Able to plan and organize daily activities, analyze data and react to changes and challenges in the business;<\/li><li>5+ years of experience in tool maker position and tool design capability in manufacturing with proven ability to deliver desired results;<\/li><li>Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms;<\/li><li>Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling objects that are 85lbs or heavier;<\/li><li>Able to commit to a 40- hour work week;<\/li><li>Strong technical, business, and organizational skills;<\/li><li>Punctual with reliable transportation;<\/li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;<\/li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs;<\/li><li>Basic Math Problem Skills;<\/li><li>Experience in a Quality Environment;<\/li><li>Basic Computer skills;<\/li><li>Experience working in a
