Development Program Manager Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Learning &#038; Development Program Manager to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assess training needs to identify gaps and skills with greatest impact on Safety, Compliance and Productivity;<\/li><li>Collaborate with SMEs and other department staff to define learning objectives and training curriculum;<\/li><li>Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time;<\/li><li>Make strategic recommendations to enhance organization performance and support on going learning across the department;<\/li><li>Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective;<\/li><li>Pilot training programs with a subset of employees to ensure efficacy, satisfaction, and ROI;<\/li><li>Promote Intranet site usage for communication and learning initiatives;<\/li><li>Create video tutorials of most commonly used software in the workplace to increase employee efficiency and reduce stress;<\/li><li>Create an engaging employee handbook that introduces new hires to our culture and;<\/li><li>Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques;<\/li><li>Align learning goals with corporate strategy.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning &#038; Development or Training (required);<\/li><li>Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees;<\/li><li>Writing Request for Proposals (RFP\u2019s) and other proposals;<\/li><li>Proven experience with project management of learning and development projects in a corporate environment;<\/li><li>Experience with various project management tools and Agile management tools\/platforms;<\/li><li>Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building;<\/li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous, changing environment;<\/li><li>Learning Management Systems;<\/li><li>Ability to work early morning Pacific Time with team members in Europe or evening times with team members in Asia;<\/li><li>4 years of work experience with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD);<\/li><li>Experience with payments industry is a plus;<\/li><li>Developing status reports and PowerPoint presentations;<\/li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as collaboration techniques;<\/li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;<\/li><li>Strong business acumen, analytics and problem-solving skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <header class=\"entry-header\">\n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/FAQPage\">\n    \n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\">\n    <h3 itemprop=\"name\">What job descriptions are similar to Learning &#038;
