{"id":22351,"date":"2020-03-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"\/job-description\/?p=learning-and-development-manager"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T21:00:00","slug":"learning-and-development-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jooble.org\/job-description\/management\/learning-and-development-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning and Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter is-style-fill\">\n        <a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-learning-and-development-manager\" style=\"background-color:#0b71d9;color:#ffffff;border-radius:3px\" rel=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-learning-and-development-manager\">\n        <strong> View Learning and Development Manager jobs<\/strong>\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#eff2f6\">\n        <div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n        \n            <h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Learning and Development Manager Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Other duties as assigned;<\/li><li>Establishes formalized on-boarding training plans for key positions and sets-up training schedules for new employees;<\/li><li>Ensures that all training programs, practices, materials, and coursework are consistent and meets best practice and Corporate standards;<\/li><li>Oversees and manages projects of various levels of duration and complexity;<\/li><li>Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness;<\/li><li>Implement various learning methods company-wide, and division-wide, including but not limited to e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, etc;<\/li><li>Develop and implement learning programs across various divisions with unique divisional learning needs;<\/li><li>Lead change-management, including ongoing training, benchmarking program effectiveness and making recommendations to improve product;<\/li><li>Serve as a facilitator, instructor, coach and subject matter expert depending on the above needs\/solutions;<\/li><li>Update new employee onboarding materials on Fujifilm intranet;<\/li><li>Develop, implement and deliver training programs throughout the organization utilizing a variety of methods\/media;<\/li><li>Track and manage budgets, approve work-related attendance considerations, and negotiate contracts for L&#038;D related supplies\/equipment;<\/li><li>Lead the Talent Review process across all divisions;<\/li><li>Develop common metrics to measure effectiveness of employee development efforts;<\/li><li>Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to resolve problems and issues independently and in partnership with stakeholders;<\/li><li>Minimum 5+ years proven experience as a L&#038;D Training Manager\/Manager or similar role;<\/li><li>Experience delivering change-management training programs preferred;<\/li><li>Associates Degree (\u00b1 13 years);<\/li><li>Strong leadership skills, ability to coach\/mentor employees one-on-one and in group setting;<\/li><li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree is required; preferably in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or related field;<\/li><li>Ability to take ownership of programs, think through the details, and produce great results;<\/li><li>Excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment;<\/li><li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age;<\/li><li>Contract and consult with internal leaders to identify needs, develop content, and deliver exceptional learning experiences;<\/li><li>Enjoy working independently and within a team to develop training materials;<\/li><li>Strong program management including: content design and presentation skills;<\/li><li>Excellent decision-making, planning, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>2+ years in a training and content development role.
