 \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage, troubleshoot, and remediate domain related incidents and problems;<\/li><li>Provide technical recommendations and guidance to customers and junior desktop engineers;<\/li><li>Implement advanced scripting using multiple scripting languages and technologies when needed;<\/li><li>Update Active Directory for computer accounts, user accounts, distribution lists and security groups;<\/li><li>Research and resolve the most difficult and complex problems that other Help Desk levels have been unable to resolve;<\/li><li>Designing, migrating, and implementing complex solution as they relate to Microsoft cloud;<\/li><li>Create, maintain, and consolidate Group Policies;<\/li><li>Manage biTlocker Full disk encryption for laptops and tablets using MBAB;<\/li><li>Recommend new desktop standard and configuration to keep current with Microsoft support;<\/li><li>Windows automation via PowerShell;<\/li><li>Manage, support and maintain all workstations and laptops custom applications via Microsoft Intune and Microsoft SCCM.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MCSE;<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, TCP\/IP, DNS and related troubleshooting;<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of Active Directory\/Global Catalogue, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, etc;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems;<\/li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;<\/li><li>Experience with Windows Automation;<\/li><li>Extensive experience configuring, maintaining Intune;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of Cloud (Azure) based Microsoft services;<\/li><li>Expert level experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 10;<\/li><li>Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud platform technologies;<\/li><li>Experience with WMI;<\/li><li>License or certification:
