GaAs-based RF modules &#038; MMICs;<\/li><li>Provides the Objective test specs for the key parameters, including the module, individual MMICs and packaging;<\/li><li>RF module &#038; MMIC component design and development using manual\/ automated \/ simulated load pull to meet target performance;<\/li><li>Leads characterization and test plan development and implementation as well as initial product data sheet generation;<\/li><li>Design and simulation of matching circuits and topologies using state-of-the-art design tools ADS and\/or AWR and ability to do EM simulations;<\/li><li>Analyze &#038; Present the data on the finished product to confirm performance to specification and any adjustments needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Knowledge and experience with GaN, Si, GaAs or Wide Band Gap semiconductors;<\/li><li>Education: BSEE required, MSEE preferred;<\/li><li>10 years+ experience required;
