California &#8211; Alameda;<\/li><li>Design and lead effective program meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts;<\/li><li>Create and manage various project cost estimates and budgets;<\/li><li>Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives;<\/li><li>Design, build and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, budget and managing risk;<\/li><li>Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution;<\/li><li>Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Consultative, collaboration approach and demeanor;<\/li><li>Excellent analytical skills including ability to proactively identify problems, gather information and set course of action;<\/li><li>Technical\/professional expertise is demonstrated through problem solving, applying professional judgement, and competent performance;<\/li><li>Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles;<\/li><li>Foundry, MEMS, or semiconducting experience;<\/li><li>Travel may be up to 80-100%<\/li><li>Technical program management experience including both hardware and software;<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills;<\/li><li>Can effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management;<\/li><li>Technology product development experience is helpful;<\/li><li>Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skillsAdvertisement;<\/li><li>LOCATION United States &#8211;
