clients, technicians, engineers, sub-consultants and contractors;<\/li><li>Participate in planning, cost development,project management, and scheduling for assigned projects;<\/li><li>Public involvement may include reports, graphics, presentations, and other visual materials;<\/li><li>Review for quality assurance, quality control, and ensure compliance with quality
