problems\/system requirements;<\/li><li>Regularly provides coaching, guidance and training to less-experienced analysts\/programmers;<\/li><li>Directs, prepares, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and maintains complex computer programs;<\/li><li>Develops business cases, requirements and performance metrics;<\/li><li>May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project;<\/li><li>Refines business requirements from which programs will be written;<\/li><li>Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written;<\/li><li>Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives;<\/li><li>Design and improve custom data-integration procedures for individual customers;<\/li><li>Establishing SQL Server Replication throughout cloud servers for scalability and availability;<\/li><li>Managing migration of existing infrastructure to cloud servers;<\/li><li>Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes;<\/li><li>Monitoring and fine-tuning databases for optimal performance.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>TS\/SCI clearance;<\/li><li>3+ years of experience with Visual Basic;<\/li><li>BA or BS degree or 20+ years of experience in network and database development in lieu of degree;<\/li><li>15+ years of experience with network and database development;<\/li><li>2+ years of experience in developing scripts for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) mass data from diverse sources and formatting;<\/li><li>2+ years of experience with C#<\/li><li>4+ years of experience with SQL Server and SQL database development;<\/li><li>Security+ Certification;<\/li><li>Experience with developing machine learning algorithms to perform vario us tasks for import, analysis, notifications, and enrichment of data;<\/li><li>DoD 8570.01-M Information
