day-to-day operations within the SFDC team;<\/li><li>Develop custom solutions, test systems, and applications;<\/li><li>Fluent in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce language;<\/li><li>Participate actively in discussions, builds a reputation as a go-to resource for toughest problems;<\/li><li>Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations;<\/li><li>Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects;<\/li><li>Responsible to code complex Visualforce pages and APEX classes;<\/li><li>Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver key deliverables to be incorporated into project plans;<\/li><li>Responsible for documenting design, providing estimates, programming specifications, performing unit and systems testing, and recording test results;<\/li><li>Deploy code and in strict accordance with change management procedures;<\/li><li>Audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues using tools such as duplication management tool and Dataloader;<\/li><li>Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the Salesforce.com instances;<\/li><li>Responsible to test and debugs to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs;<\/li><li>Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed;<\/li><li>Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salesforce Certification preferred;<\/li><li>Develop integrations in the Salesforce platform;<\/li><li>7+ years of application development and implementation experience;<\/li><li>Develop, enhance and maintain automated processes in and applications integrated with the Salesforce.com instances;<\/li><li>4+ years experience working as a developer in Salesforce.com;<\/li><li>Salesforce Lightening and Classic;<\/li><li>Create\/modify pages, controllers, components and customer objects;<\/li><li>Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver key deliverables to be incorporated into project plans;<\/li><li>Deploy code and in strict accordance with change management procedures;<\/li><li>Responsible for documenting design, providing estimates, programming specifications, performing unit and systems testing, and recording test results;<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills \u2013 this role is heavily collaborative;<\/li><li>Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the Salesforce.com instances;<\/li><li>Should be able to estimate implement efforts for small to mid-size projects and plan development tasks;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information
