      <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Analyze data at scale, be able to interpret data to identify trends and actionable insights to help build lasting solutions;<\/li><li>Map attributes to source including identification and documentation of transformation algorithms, scoring mechanisms, as necessary;<\/li><li>Document business, data and technical specifications ensuring documentation is kept up to date and relevant;<\/li><li>Provide analyses of our email campaigns, enabling a strong feedback loop to Content Strategy teams;<\/li><li>Interact with all organizational levels, develop and manage project schedules;<\/li><li>Assess capabilities of the enterprise to understand where changes are needed to meet strategic goals;<\/li><li>Actively participate in the industry externally through internet research, white papers and\/or conferences;<\/li><li>Partner with business leaders to understand key objectives to design optimized data products;<\/li><li>Drive improvements to team process around email recipient list generation and analytics;<\/li><li>Drive data innovation and transformation efforts across the enterprise;<\/li><li>Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;<\/li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify, prioritize and validate data requirements and business objectives;<\/li><li>Identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders;<\/li><li>Negotiate and facilitate to drive consensus on solution scope and objectives;<\/li><li>Provide a structure for evaluating solution options.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You have the technical expertise required for the role;<\/li><li>You have a passion for data and for transforming numbers into critical business insights;<\/li><li>Ability to draw conclusions from data and provide recommendations;<\/li><li>Proficient in SQL preferably in Vertica, Hive, SparkSQL, BigQuery or Presto;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field;<\/li><li>Bachelors, Masters degree in quantitative discipline (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or MBA with emphasis in analytics);<\/li><li>An appreciation for Fitbit\u2019s products;<\/li><li>Experience in managing stakeholder and distilling complex requirements into analytical solutions;<\/li><li>You don&#8217;t like leaving questions unanswered, and you love exploring\/understanding data;<\/li><li>Experience in Data Modelling, Data Access, and Data Storage techniques;<\/li><li>Python or R experience for data analytics problems (scikit learn, pandas, numpy, etc);<\/li><li>Linux skills (shell scripting, Java, PHP, etc.);<\/li><li>Expertise in creating reports\/dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tool;<\/li><li>Experience writing complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures;<\/li><li>Solid understanding of
