<\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Query our customer database to identify audience sizes or target segments;<\/li><li>Perform deep-dives of marketing campaigns and sales cycles to inform on sale and closing strategies;<\/li><li>Manage and mentor Marketing Analysts;<\/li><li>Develop and implement strategies to automate repetitive tasks and reporting;<\/li><li>Create PowerPoint presentations and visualizations, transforming data into actionable insights;<\/li><li>Build Tableau dashboards and Business Objects reports to track ongoing execution and performance;<\/li><li>Partner with Marketing Data Scientist and Ad Tech team to refine Marketing Attribution models;<\/li><li>Deliver insights to internal and external clients based on quantitative analysis in line with industry best practices;<\/li><li>Partner with Data Engineers, Ad Tech, and Data Scientist to curate our Marketing data lake;<\/li><li>Define project priorities with internal stakeholders;<\/li><li>Design and evaluate innovative approaches for advancing analytics at Zynga;<\/li><li>Collaborates with the VP and SVP of Analytics to identify new opportunities for clients based on client needs and data insights;<\/li><li>Provide mentorship to the team to advance skill development;<\/li><li>Manages and ensures deadlines of assigned projects are met;<\/li><li>Work closely with project management to ensure efficient resource allocation.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with Google Analytics (or comparable Tool);<\/li><li>Experience with Databricks;<\/li><li>Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li><li>Experience with SQL;<\/li><li>4+ years of work experience in data science or analytics roles;<\/li><li>A proven ability to effectively utilize business intelligence tools and such as Tableau, Chartio, Looker to build interactive dashboards;<\/li><li>Knowledge of predictive modeling algorithms and frameworks;<\/li><li>A fundamental understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design;<\/li><li>Proficient in Python, SQL;<\/li><li>BS or MS degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, computer science, data science, math, statistics, or related field;<\/li><li>Experience with subscription or SaaS businesses a plus;<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;<\/li><li>A history of working closely with marketing managers and\/or designers to inform online advertising creative strategies;<\/li><li>3+ years of experience as a
