looking for a CNC to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set up and operation;<\/li><li>Update CNC programs and manufacturing processes to optimize machine lead times;<\/li><li>Recognize, report and correct errors;<\/li><li>Programming CNC;<\/li><li>Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments;<\/li><li>Program editing;<\/li><li>May set-up for and instruct machine Operators;<\/li><li>Stack or load finished items, or place items on conveyor systems;<\/li><li>CNC Operation;<\/li><li>Calculate machine speed and feed ratios, and the size and position of cuts;<\/li><li>Set up with Fanuc Controls;<\/li><li>Working with decimals and fractions;<\/li><li>Generate setup instructions and machine tools lists for operators;<\/li><li>Insert control instructions into machine control units to start operation;<\/li><li>Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Able to pass measurement test;<\/li><li>Team player;<\/li><li>3+ years of set up and operation;<\/li><li>Accurate measurement skills;<\/li><li>Strong computer skills;<\/li><li>High school diploma or equivalent;<\/li><li>Basic machine maintenance;<\/li><li>Accredited apprenticeship or equivalent training (2 year degree);<\/li><li>Able to troubleshoot;<\/li><li>5+ years of set up\/operation and basic editing experience;<\/li><li>Knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, operations;<\/li><li>Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications;<\/li><li>Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles;<\/li><li>4+ years of Machine operation;<\/li><li>Able to stand for the
