managing large scale projects;<\/li><li>Experience in delivering commercial software in Software as Service (SaaS) is essential;<\/li><li>At least 8 years of software engineering experience;<\/li><li>2-5 years of experience in engineering leadership and management;<\/li><li>Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus;<\/li><li>Sets high expectations for self and others s\/he is leading and holds self and team accountable for performance goals;<\/li><li>Extensive knowledge of North Central MA fundraising landscape;<\/li><li>Knowledge of both special event and non-event fundraising activities (major gifts, stewardship, etc.) is a must;<\/li><li>Strong initiative and ability to work independently to achieve goals;<\/li><li>Demonstrated experience using listening, diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate donors and volunteers;<\/li><li>Dependable judgment and impeccable integrity;<\/li><li>Experience managing volunteers in fundraising, event planning, and coordination efforts;<\/li><li>Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be flexible and able to
