chefs are definitely &#8220;working chefs&#8221;;<\/li><li>Demonstrates depth of knowledge in food quality and recipes;<\/li><li>Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors;<\/li><li>Oversees overall kitchen operations;<\/li><li>Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals;<\/li><li>Drives revenue through sales growth and is able to control costs and drive profitability;<\/li><li>Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication;<\/li><li>Responsible for achieving monthly financial metrics in and involving Kitchen Managers to achieve results;<\/li><li>Adheres to policies and trains others on standard operating systems and procedures;<\/li><li>Ability in driving profitability and overall operational compliance;<\/li><li>Responsible for weekly food inventory and associated results;<\/li><li>Maintains consistent and high quality food, safety, sanitation, and facility standards.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scratch kitchen experience preferred;<\/li><li>2-3 years of Executive Kitchen Management experience in high volume, full service restaurant;<\/li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook &#038;
