May interact with peers and\/or management levels at a client and\/or within Accenture;<\/li><li>Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;<\/li><li>Java and J2EE. Spring boot, spring cloud stack;<\/li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Should have experience on UI frameworks like Angular, ReactJS etc;<\/li><li>Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Java Development;<\/li><li>Minimum of 3 years of Java\/JVM enterprise application development experience;<\/li><li>Strong in HTML5, CSS3;<\/li><li>Spring framework (MVC, AOP, Boot, Data), JDK1.8+<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
