equipment;<\/li><li>Sustain production testing of RF\/digital microelectronic products;<\/li><li>Document and implement test process;<\/li><li>Support design engineer in test data analysis and reporting;<\/li><li>Monitor test process stability through SPC, Pareto charts, and applicable metrics;<\/li><li>Design and develop test methodology and protocols for variety of RF\/digital assemblies and products.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks in a timely manner, and learn new principle ideas and concepts;<\/li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;<\/li><li>Ability to organize work and deliver on time work products;<\/li><li>Ability to read and interpret product drawings;<\/li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required;<\/li><li>Familiarity with Aircraft Avionics systems and\/or Mission Systems subsystem;<\/li><li>Experience with agile methodologies;<\/li><li>BS in technical discipline and at least one year professional experience;<\/li><li>A working knowledge of tools for requirements and verification Traceability;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;<\/li><li>Ability to work with suppliers to generate verification and validation plans;<\/li><li>Strong work ethic and self-motivation;<\/li><li>Knowledge of RF, EW and\/or CNI;<\/li><li>Ability to understand and apply electronics engineering principles to development;<\/li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
