class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Define total systems design and technology that meet mission requirements;<\/li><li>Define system implementation approach and operational concepts;<\/li><li>Maintain awareness of upcoming customer \/ government driven changes and challenges and suggest approaches to meet those challenges;<\/li><li>Equipment calibration program;<\/li><li>Conduct design reviews to ensure that product elements meet requirements (e.g., CONDR, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SVR, peer reviews);<\/li><li>Monitoring performance against technical goals,<\/li><li>Review contract, statement of work, and subcontracts for understanding of all requirements;<\/li><li>Assist in field work;<\/li><li>Generate metrics, perform trend analysis and use the data to drive improvements;<\/li><li>Developing analytics for large heterogeneous data sets;<\/li><li>Removing ceiling tile;<\/li><li>Provide traceability of testing to requirements being tested via a SW tool (e.g., DOORS, Rational Test Manager, etc.);<\/li><li>Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployments supporting local and remote employees using linked\/instant clone desktops;<\/li><li>Prepare estimates for proposal responses;<\/li><li>Optimize performance of RFQ systems and sub-systems to increase the RF duty factor up to 2.5%.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong verbal communication skills for internal and customer presentation;<\/li><li>Experience in leading integrated product teams;<\/li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills;<\/li><li>Mechanical CAD proficiency using 3D modeling is required (SolidWorks preferred);<\/li><li>Visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information;<\/li><li>3+ years of leadership or project management experience associated with engineering domain;<\/li><li>Experience with components stress and derating, worst-case circuit analyses with respect to temperature and reliability analyses is required;<\/li><li>Develops, manages, and maintains all aspects of project-level risks, including mitigation, costing and planning;<\/li><li>Experience performing breaker coordination studies, fault current analysis, etc;<\/li><li>Complete validation activities and support customer witnessed testing;<\/li><li>Experience in digital signal processing and math is a plus;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Ceramics, Electrical, Chemical or similar);<\/li><li>May require lifting, transporting pushing, pulling and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance;<\/li><li>Outstanding interaction and visual design skills;<\/li><li>Applying engineering standards to a design.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
