{"id":24103,"date":"2020-03-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"\/job-description\/?p=electrical-assembler"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T21:00:00","slug":"electrical-assembler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jooble.org\/job-description\/production\/electrical-assembler\/","title":{"rendered":"Electrical Assembler"},"content":{"rendered":"\n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter is-style-fill\">\n        <a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-electrical-assembler\" style=\"background-color:#0b71d9;color:#ffffff;border-radius:3px\" rel=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-electrical-assembler\">\n        <strong> View Electrical Assembler jobs<\/strong>\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#eff2f6\">\n        <div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n        \n            <h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Electrical Assembler Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Electrical Assembler to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilize a variety of hand tools (manual and power);<\/li><li>Utilize computer systems;<\/li><li>Maintain accurate records of all work performed;<\/li><li>Positions components manually or utilizing a small hand tool;<\/li><li>The Assembler will inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements;<\/li><li>Pursue certifications in continuous improvement (ACE);<\/li><li>The Assembler will complete production reports to communicate results to management;<\/li><li>Design, fabricate and welding of brackets for control cabinets, light curtains, guarding, switches, etc;<\/li><li>The Assembler will attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts;<\/li><li>The Assembler will read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences;<\/li><li>Build and install, rebuild or repair intricate, large welding machines and integrated systems;<\/li><li>Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly;<\/li><li>Handle multiple tasks;<\/li><li>Demonstrate proper use of electrical and mechanical measuring devices;<\/li><li>Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must have 3-4 years experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly;<\/li><li>Light machining (i.e.) drilling holes in sheet metal to mount components;<\/li><li>Requires ability to concentrate for extended periods of time on highly repetitive tasks;<\/li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions;<\/li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent;<\/li><li>Specialized Training: None;<\/li><li>Knowledge of programmable logic controls (PLCs);<\/li><li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as Assembler: Electrical;<\/li><li>Read and understand electrical schematics;<\/li><li>Knowledge of electrical control panel wiring and electrical wiring diagrams;<\/li><li>Skills: Basic computer skills, and use of basic mechanical\/measuring tools;<\/li><li>Must be able and willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays;<\/li><li>Must have mechanical aptitude and good understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic principles;<\/li><li>Must be able and willing to work 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd (11pm-7am) shifts.
