respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally;<\/li><li>Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports;<\/li><li>Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff;<\/li><li>Attend quarterly P&#038;L meetings;<\/li><li>Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations;<\/li><li>Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products;
