One -on -ones, growth &#038; development plans, performance feedback, compensation, and making sure your team is effective and happy;<\/li><li>You will inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor;<\/li><li>Participating in your team\u2019s on-call rotation, triaging and addressing production issues as they arise;<\/li><li>Responsibilities;<\/li><li>Partner with Product Management to develop and maintain a concrete and well-specified roadmap for Americas-related features;<\/li><li>Manages feasibility studies of the design to determine if capable of functioning as intended;<\/li><li>Lead technical discovery and prototyping efforts for new features;<\/li><li>Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts;<\/li><li>Improve, optimize, troubleshoot, test and maintain our core product code base;<\/li><li>Coach your team to ensure their success;<\/li><li>Cultivate and mentor top talent;<\/li><li>Implement process improvements to streamline process;<\/li><li>Manage expectations about delivery of engineering projects;<\/li><li>Be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features, collaborate with SREs, Devs, PMs and customer support;<\/li><li>Ensure Architecture and Planning standards are adhered to.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>roven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP\u2019s health, safety and drug\/alcohol and harassment policies;<\/li><li>Must be capable of planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel;<\/li><li>Must have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle management of military systems;<\/li><li>Active Secret Security Clearance;<\/li><li>Entrepreneurial thinker; ability to innovate, think outside the box;<\/li><li>You are not a micromanager.
