style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Extremely proficient with the Unix command line, shell scripting, and configuring systems monitoring tools;<\/li><li>You are security minded, and know the security implications of every decision you make;<\/li><li>You can manage ambiguity and are able to seek out the information you need to make informed decisions;<\/li><li>You take automation seriously and you have the experience to implement automated processes (Terraform, CircleCI);<\/li><li>You have experience with configuration management, monitoring, and automation tools;<\/li><li>A thorough understanding of HIPAA with AWS is a plus, the ability to gain this understanding is a must;<\/li><li>Knowledge of all things networking: TCP \/ IP, ICMP, SSH, DNS, SSL \/ TLS;<\/li><li>You know at least one language well, and enjoy writing code;<\/li><li>You have fought fires at scale, wrestled with lost instances on AWS, and can troubleshoot processes and servers gone awry with your eyes closed;<\/li><li>Maintain provisioning and continuous integration (CI) frameworks;<\/li><li>In-office team lunches, three days per week;<\/li><li>Maternity\/paternity leave (10 weeks at 100% salary, 10 weeks at 50% salary);<\/li><li>Participate in defining the DevOps technology roadmap, toolsets and strategies based on industry best-practices;<\/li><li>Maintain configuration management and continuous delivery (CD) frameworks;<\/li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n influencing skills;<\/li><li>Experience with VCS such a Git, Subversion and branching\/merging strategies;<\/li><li>5+ years of eCommerce domain experience;<\/li><li>Experience with automation of tools to support monitoring and alerts such as New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sumo Logic;<\/li><li>At least 5 years of experience in enterprise level IT projects Cloud based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, and Cloud Infrastructure Services);<\/li><li>Expert knowledge with Linux operating systems and command line tools, internet and network protocols;<\/li><li>Experience with CI systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab;<\/li><li>Background in networking, VIPs, firewalls and load balancers;<\/li><li>Must possess excellent critical thinking skills, reading and interpretation, writing, and communication skills;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in technology field;<\/li><li>Should be extremely facts and data oriented;<\/li><li>Familiar with containerization platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes;<\/li><li>3+ years hands on experience using cloud-based platforms such as Rackspace, AWS;<\/li><li>Deadline and closure oriented;<\/li><li>Self-driven.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
