patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance;<\/li><li>Verify and submit payroll;<\/li><li>Manage accounts receivables including timely and accurate insurance claim processing and patient billing;<\/li><li>Clinical and non-clinical supplies ordering;<\/li><li>Office cleaning and maintenance;<\/li><li>Maintain focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they deliver high quality patient care and exceptional experiences;<\/li><li>Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and quarterly practice business meetings;<\/li><li>Dealing with daily operations;<\/li><li>Budgeting and planning for the hospital;<\/li><li>Conflict management experience;<\/li><li>A knack for problem solving;<\/li><li>Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs;<\/li><li>Participate in the implementation and support of EMR in the practices;<\/li><li>Enforces compliance of policies and procedures and keeps clerical staff informed of hospital communications and policy changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to effectively communicate with employees, patients and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner;<\/li><li>The experience, skills and abilities commensurate with managing an entity that exceeds $25M in revenue;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and processes and work effectively with other team members;<\/li><li>Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 20% of the time;<\/li><li>This position requires use and exercise of independent judgment;<\/li><li>Strong track record of taking on new assignments and quickly mastering new ways of accomplishing goals;<\/li><li>Spoken and written fluency in English;<\/li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;<\/li><li>Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high degree of objectivity and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of reports and data.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
