devices;<\/li><li>Maintain compliance and perform security audits;<\/li><li>Diagnose escalated IT Support issues;<\/li><li>Maintain and enhance web application firewall rulesets in F5 BigIP firewalls;<\/li><li>Maintain and enhance firewall rulesets in Palo Alto firewalls;<\/li><li>Configure and maintain site-to-site VPN tunnels with our customers;<\/li><li>Support customers, engineering efforts, and internal departments;<\/li><li>Rotating on-call schedule and occasional off hours work;<\/li><li>Build and manage virtual servers using automated tooling;<\/li><li>Diagnose network and server related issues.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Understanding of cloud networking \u2013 our product is hosted in Microsoft Azure;<\/li><li>Experience with network firewalls and\/or web application firewalls;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer networking or equivalent work experience;<\/li><li>3-5+ years of SaaS\/IT Operations experience;<\/li><li>Knowledge on Linux and Windows
