Analytics: Define end-to-end reporting requirements, analytics and ROI capabilities within each marketing program;<\/li><li>Monitors service delivery performance from our vendors, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported;<\/li><li>Educate key partners on effective project planning, project management and execution;<\/li><li>Support implementation and management of technology solutions and tools to support Operations\u2019 evolving needs;<\/li><li>Leads aftermarket operational performance driving hardware deliveries to plan;<\/li><li>Support metrics and reporting rhythms to drive strategy execution and consistently achieve OKRs (objectives and key results);<\/li><li>Readiness \u2013 Partner, Subsidiary and BPO training.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MBA;<\/li><li>5 years&#8217; minimum Operations, Program Management, or Project Management experience;<\/li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization is essential;<\/li><li>Negotiation and conflict management;<\/li><li>Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills;<\/li><li>Focus\/ability to set priories and work independently;<\/li><li>Proven ability to be effective, versatile and action-oriented;<\/li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high capacity for work output;<\/li><li>High energy individual with a \u201ccan do\u201d attitude;<\/li><li>Superior verbal and written communication skills and be a self-starter able to operate independently with no oversight;<\/li><li>6 years&#8217;
