10% &#8211; 20%<\/li><li>3-5 years of product test or mechanical engineering experience;<\/li><li>prior experience designing and building electromechanical systems;<\/li><li>BSEE, BSME or similar technical discipline major;<\/li><li>Ability to translate consumer use cases to repeatable test procedures;<\/li><li>Analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills;<\/li><li>Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively;<\/li><li>Excellent oral and written communication to create reports, write business correspondence, &#038;
