       <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Responsible for timely and accurate processing purchase orders and communicating with purchasing agents, warehouses and sales reps;<\/li><li>Maintain and communicate all wine allocations, points of display tracking, and inventory holds;<\/li><li>High level of cross departmental communication with the pricing, logistics, marketing, sales and accounting;<\/li><li>Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability;<\/li><li>Dispatch orders to freight companies;<\/li><li>Manage new item roll outs as it relates to orders, inventory management and shipping for key accounts;<\/li><li>Proactively follow up on any customer issues (billbacks, credit memos, etc);<\/li><li>Assist Director of Sales Logistics in projects and sample sending;<\/li><li>Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders and shipping;<\/li><li>Perform all inventory warehouse tie-outs for accounting;<\/li><li>Solid understanding of warehouse inventory counts and run rate reporting;<\/li><li>Monitor all monthly shipments and follow up with carriers;<\/li><li>Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders;<\/li><li>Obtain additional information as necessary from different departments in the company;<\/li><li>Main customer service contact for assigned warehouses and within distributor network.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;<\/li><li>Strong project management and problem-solving skills;<\/li><li>Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy;<\/li><li>Ability to apply a common sense understand to carry out details;<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and with a team;<\/li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;<\/li><li>Self-starter and willingness to learn new
