   \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience in Signal Processing, Communications Signals, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), and\/or Software-Defined Radios (SDR);<\/li><li>3-5 years of experience;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (Computer Science or related preferred) or equivalent experience within software development;<\/li><li>Graduate degree desirable;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a related field or comparable experience;<\/li><li>Ability to work onsite in New Brunswick, NJ;<\/li><li>Experience in development of algorithm software for complex RF collection systems;<\/li><li>Experience with high-speed networking concepts;<\/li><li>Experience using Java, ZeroMQ (or other message brokers), or Google Protocol Buffers;<\/li><li>Ability to reverse code and provide solutions;<\/li><li>Python experience a plus;<\/li><li>Familiarity with code repositories such as GIT and Subversion (SVN);<\/li><li>Familiarity with the Agile (SCRUM) development methodology using continuous integration and delivery and Atlassian products;<\/li><li>Experience with C#, Javascript, SQL, and ASP.NET;<\/li><li>Experience with SDR frameworks such as GNU Radio, REDHAWK, and\/or
