evaluate and present report of analysis;<\/li><li>Conduct code reviews to manage automation code quality and guide teams for improvements and adherence to best practices;<\/li><li>Lead and train a dynamically changing team of testing resources;<\/li><li>Review, monitor, and approve documentation, as assigned, to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidance documents;<\/li><li>Develop, execute, and interpret load, stress, and other automated performance test results;<\/li><li>Cultivate an Onsite-Offshore experience by managing a number onsite and offshore engineers;<\/li><li>Understand and navigate the complexity of testing on multiple platforms for a large number of users;<\/li><li>Design and implement test automation strategy for multiple product development teams;<\/li><li>Exhibit expertise in handling large scale programs\/projects that involve multiple stakeholders (like Business, Dev, Ops, Product, UX);<\/li><li>Demonstrate extensive understanding of automation development cycle and how it fits into an iteration.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Excellent communication skills both internally &#038;
