ensuring the appropriate resources are engaged for timely action and proper traction;<\/li><li>Lead and triage incidents and service requests assigned to team queues in JIRA;<\/li><li>Track progress of assigned tickets with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines and SLA\u2019s;<\/li><li>Develop knowledge management database for employee self service of incidents, and knowledge transfer for offsite support team;<\/li><li>Balance the workload of service requests and the headcounts of support team;<\/li><li>Continuous improvement to the JIRA ticket format for better clarity of the requirement and to reduce processing cycle time;<\/li><li>Conduct monthly meetings with super users and support team for monthly production release and support status update;<\/li><li>Build and manage the IT Application Support Team\u2019s roadmap.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Facilitate a strong team environment;
