tracking and communications;<\/li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;<\/li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills;<\/li><li>Ability to communicate and work with different personalities and departments;<\/li><li>Extremely effective and show initiative;<\/li><li>Relentlessly pursue perfection and quality;<\/li><li>Ability to be effective in a fast, paced
