CRO settings;<\/li><li>Identify areas of QA risk and provide input on an effective QA oversight plan to mitigate the identified risk;<\/li><li>Oversee the management of training, motivation and development of an excellent team of Quality professionals with the QA Team;<\/li><li>Build strong relationships, effectively delegate tasks, and obtain results through others;<\/li><li>Supporting the long-term career development of the members of the QA Team; helpingthem build their skills in software testing;<\/li><li>Other items as deemed necessary;<\/li><li>Working in conjunction with the engineering team to release high-quality functionality ona regular timeline;<\/li><li>Challenge the effectiveness and sustainability of QA Programs to ensure efficiency and compliance;<\/li><li>Develop an effectively functioning QA team with goals and values aligned with other site Quality and Compliance groups and Operations;<\/li><li>Contribute to the development of the Quality Operations Operating Budget consistent with short and long term planning.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sovereignty when dealing with internal and external partners;<\/li><li>Strong decision making and problem solving skills;<\/li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills;<\/li><li>Ability to uphold regulatory, company and customer standards;<\/li><li>SQF Certified Expert, preferred;<\/li><li>Knowledge of various pathogens and microbes associated with food production;<\/li><li>Effective verbal and listening communication skills;<\/li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Experience with performance and\/or security testing will be a bonus;<\/li><li>3 &#8211; 5 years of experience in a QA department in a related industry required;<\/li><li>Medical Device and or Phase 1 experience is a plus;<\/li><li>Effective written communication skills;<\/li><li>Solid experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases;<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to think strategically;
