<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mentors, coaches and develops employees through communication and training of new GAAP developments and Company policies;<\/li><li>Assists with the implementation of new accounting standards;<\/li><li>Assists with the documentation of accounting and reporting policies and procedures;<\/li><li>Researches, interprets and documents technical accounting issues in well written position papers;<\/li><li>Assists with the accounting assessment and documentation of M&#038;A activity, including purchase price allocation and initial accounting treatment;<\/li><li>Prepares complete and accurate consolidated financial statements and related footnotes in accordance with US GAAP, including cash flow statement;<\/li><li>Participates in the month-end close process by overseeing complex transactions;<\/li><li>Support the annual audit as a point of contact for technical accounting matters;<\/li><li>Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives the implementation of such improvements.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a drive to learn and deliver results in a fast-moving company;<\/li><li>10 years of related experience, mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting and a CPA Certification;<\/li><li>Solid understanding of US GAAP, including the ability to research and form own conclusions;<\/li><li>Detail-orientated, with a high sense of urgency and
