products and services meet and maintain set standards.<\/em><\/p>\n    \n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter is-style-fill\">\n        <a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-quality-manager\" style=\"background-color:#0b71d9;color:#ffffff;border-radius:3px\" rel=\"https:\/\/jooble.org\/jobs-quality-manager\">\n        <strong> View Quality Manager jobs<\/strong>\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#eff2f6\">\n        <div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n        \n            <h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Quality Manager Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Quality Manager to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals;<\/li><li>Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain raw materials and\/or equipment;<\/li><li>Manage and supervise workers in quality assessment tasks;<\/li><li>Make safety a priority at all times;<\/li><li>Maintains detailed documentation throughout all phases of research and development;<\/li><li>Conducts risk analysis for products under development;<\/li><li>Ensure global QMS meets customer and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Automotive, etc.);<\/li><li>Implement, maintain, and improve FSMA, GFSI (BRC\/SQF), FDA, USDA, and GMP certified programs;<\/li><li>Preparation, review, and submittal of first article inspection\/ PPAP packages;<\/li><li>Proactively seek to reduce risk within the plant;<\/li><li>Develop, implement and monitor the Stars Program and Plan through a complete understanding of the CMS technical specifications;<\/li><li>Act as point of contact with customers, regulatory, and government agencies on all quality related issues;<\/li><li>Supervision of Quality and Non-Destructive Testing on product to determine if product meets specifications;<\/li><li>Lead the new launch team for smooth launch following APQP process and ensure timely PSW submission and approval;<\/li><li>Utilize problem solving skills and methods (DMAIC, 5Y, PFMEA, fish bone analysis, etc) to permanently resolve existing or potential quality issues.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or related field;<\/li><li>Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a changing environment;<\/li><li>Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with track record of successful project completion;<\/li><li>13+ years management experience in manufacturing environment;<\/li><li>Proficient negotiation skills;<\/li><li>Decision making and negotiation skills, individually and within groups;<\/li><li>Experience in the NCEP and CAPA process including department process management and documentation;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of technical training &#038;
