calls to streamline knowledge sharing and timely resolution of system issues;<\/li><li>Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools like netmom, windbg, and custom application tools;<\/li><li>Monitor solution performance according to client specification and SLAs, escalate as needed;<\/li><li>Support collaboration across operations, development teams and external partners;<\/li><li>Respond to incident tickets in a 24&#215;7 operational environment to meet SLA objectives;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of web and network protocols and standards (HTTP, TLS, DNS, etc);<\/li><li>Collaborate with other engineers to implement operational solutions while defining, adhering to industry best practices;<\/li><li>Evaluate performance trends and expected changes in demand and capacity, and establish the appropriate scalability plans;<\/li><li>Design, creation, and provisioning of infrastructure;<\/li><li>Design, build, manage and operate the infrastructure and configuration of SaaS applications with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of information security issues;<\/li><li>Experience in Building and managing Virtualized systems (KVM, OVM, Containers\/Docker) and ability to read and understand source code;<\/li><li>Conduct periodic on call duties;<\/li><li>Deploy and maintain applications;<\/li><li>Systematic problem-solving approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and drive.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+<\/li><li>Experience with Prometheus\/Grafana for metrics aggregation\/visualization;<\/li><li>Experience working in a highly distributed company is a plus;<\/li><li>Experience with alerting and monitoring tools;<\/li><li>Experience working within an Agile\/Scrum SDLC;<\/li><li>Experience writing backend applications is not required but definitely a plus;<\/li><li>Align a portion of your day with the business hours of Pacific Time Zone &#8211;
