 <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be able to follow schematics for proper installation of components and proper soldering procedure to ensure quality of the finished product;<\/li><li>Work with small parts, using soldering irons and small hand tools;<\/li><li>Polish fiber optic components with various tools and papers;<\/li><li>Read and verify drawings\/blueprints, production documentation and maintain high quality workmanship;<\/li><li>Willing to perform other tasks as may be required by management;<\/li><li>Be detail orientated, self-sufficient, and able to meet production quota in a timely manner;<\/li><li>Cut, strip, clean and inspect fiber optic cables.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Good understanding of quality control principles;<\/li><li>Must be able to sit for long periods throughout the shift;<\/li><li>Must follow all safety rules, including maintaining a clean and orderly work area;<\/li><li>Must be able to properly use a soldering iron (A solder test will be required prior to employment.);<\/li><li>Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses);<\/li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills;<\/li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition;<\/li><li>Drug Test;<\/li><li>Must be at least 18 years old;<\/li><li>Background check;<\/li><li>1-2 years of complex cabling, wiring assembly;<\/li><li>Stand for Shift Duration;<\/li><li>No Education Requirement.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n
