team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance;<\/li><li>Primary upward interaction is with client directors;<\/li><li>Understands and contributes to the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to organization goals;<\/li><li>Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems;<\/li><li>Decisions often impact the team in which they reside;<\/li><li>Manages medium sized teams and\/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture;<\/li><li>Will interact with peers and\/or management levels at a client and\/or within Accenture;<\/li><li>Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Requires 100% travel;<\/li><li>Desire to work in an information systems environment;<\/li><li>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;<\/li><li>Technical experience and knowledge in Master Data Management and Data Quality;<\/li><li>At least 1 end to end implementation of a Data Governance Strategy or Roadmap;<\/li><li>Experience with Data Architecture and Data Integration;<\/li><li>Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and leading a medium sized team and delivering MDM solutions;<\/li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Familiarity with Data Stewardship activities;<\/li><li>Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data;<\/li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing and implementing Data Management solutions.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n
