<\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Resolve customer issues within committed SLAs and timelines;<\/li><li>Detect and diagnose code-related issues;<\/li><li>Collect and document information about product performance, product application problems, and failures;<\/li><li>Execute testing that covers various use cases and scenarios with business unit processes;<\/li><li>Adheres to system and code change management processes;<\/li><li>Test and implement Siemens software releases\/upgrades (Teamcenter, NX, Catia);<\/li><li>Helps and assists the end user population with questions, problems and related issues;<\/li><li>Increasing customer satisfaction and knowledge by partnering with our Account Management team;<\/li><li>Gather product configurator usability and feedback data to promote continuous improvement;<\/li><li>Understanding and creating complex TSQL queries and scripts;<\/li><li>Proactively identifying and addressing potential production system issues as they are trending;<\/li><li>Establishing and embracing ownership of the production systems;<\/li><li>Lead the quality control and testing of new configurator or software version releases;<\/li><li>Collaborating with the QA team in establishing test cases and executing test plans;<\/li><li>Obtain an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all TGP products and their lifecycle.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to create and modify custom Shell Scripts;<\/li><li>Knowledge of advanced SQL (table joins, unions, indexes, subqueries);<\/li><li>Monitoring tools and systems;<\/li><li>Experience coding in java;<\/li><li>Red Hat;<\/li><li>Detail oriented;<\/li><li>Demonstrate Customer focus and empathy;<\/li><li>Strong application support experience with Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems;<\/li><li>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills;<\/li><li>Good understanding of Windows and Linux Operating Systems Administration;<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills;<\/li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail;<\/li><li>Good understanding of SQL and ability to write basic SQL queries to troubleshoot and correct data issues;<\/li><li>3-5 years Active Directory experience;<\/li><li>Experience working in a Technical Support environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n
