Level 1 Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Assembler &#8211; Level 1 to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Analyze data and production reports;<\/li><li>Comply with all safety rules;<\/li><li>Participate in continuous improvement activities;<\/li><li>Set up and change over equipment;<\/li><li>Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness;<\/li><li>Operate assigned equipment;<\/li><li>Record and report production data;<\/li><li>Support the Honeywell Operating System.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Familiar with use of basic hand tools and automated assembly machines;<\/li><li>Cable and harness assembly experience;<\/li><li>Ability to work under a microscope;<\/li><li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Soldering;<\/li><li>Should have knowledge of assembly and safety best practices and precautions when performing work to prevent damage to equipment, material or injury;<\/li><li>Proficient in basic computer skills;<\/li><li>Ability to understand and work to written technical instructions;<\/li><li>Apply potting and coating to assembly\u2019s;<\/li><li>Ability to pass JST-001 and 002 soldering classes and tests along with program specific soldering class (soldering under a microscope);<\/li><li>Rate of pay is determined by: past experience such as: doing Electro Mechanical assembly work;<\/li><li>Soldering certifications JST 001 &#038; 002, 7711\/7722; IPC 620 or formal Cable and Harness training;<\/li><li>Ability to read drawings;<\/li><li>Previous Electrical and mechanical assembly experience;<\/li><li>High School Diploma or GED;<\/li><li>Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes &#038;
