recommends alternate data sources to improve business metrics to improve the customer experience;<\/li><li>Work with other departments including management to create a prioritized list of needs for each business unit.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must have experience with microsoft power bi;<\/li><li>Must have the ability to perform analysis on both process and data including;<\/li><li>Must have data mapping, analysis and testing experience;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and 3 years of experience in data management, data integration, data warehousing and\/or systems analysis;<\/li><li>In lieu of degree, 5 years of experience as stated above;<\/li><li>Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented environment;<\/li><li>SQL knowledge;<\/li><li>Must have the drive to produce accurate results and a sense of accountability for assigned projects;<\/li><li>General understanding of how global financial markets function;<\/li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines;<\/li><li>Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up;<\/li><li>Exceptional technical and analytical skills with proven ability in identifying problems, recommending solutions and process improvements;<\/li><li>Must be able to learn new software applications;
