field required;<\/li><li>High comfort level with PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office tools;<\/li><li>Webinar planning, managing, and hosting;<\/li><li>Customer services\/success strategy including Customer Success Planning, Customer Journey, customer communication quality\/control;<\/li><li>Customer support tool selection, maintenance, and scaling (Freshworks Suite experience preferred);<\/li><li>Write and manage CSAT surveys (SurveyMonkey);<\/li><li>High pressure support team management and interpersonal conflict management skills;<\/li><li>Highest level B2B customer interaction and communication skills including C-suite contacts;<\/li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external client stakeholders;<\/li><li>Work with internal teams to establish and manage online projects throughout the project lifecycle;<\/li><li>Update and maintain due diligence collateral;<\/li><li>Understand basic technology features, functions and applications in use for client recommendations;<\/li><li>Projects could include campaign landing pages;<\/li><li>Analytics reporting module;<\/li><li>Build and manage relationships with clients, co-workers, and agency partners.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Webinar planning, managing, and hosting;<\/li><li>High comfort level with PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office tools;<\/li><li>Knowledge of the institutional investor landscape and understanding of clients\u2019 servicing needs;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related field required;<\/li><li>Demonstrable history of achieving superior client satisfaction;<\/li><li>Customer services\/success strategy including Customer Success Planning, Customer Journey, customer communication quality\/control;<\/li><li>Authorization to work in the United States;<\/li><li>Highest level B2B customer interaction and communication skills including C-suite contacts;<\/li><li>High pressure support team management and interpersonal conflict management skills;<\/li><li>Customer support tool selection, maintenance, and scaling (Freshworks Suite experience preferred);<\/li><li>At least three years of experience in a client service role at a hedge fund or asset manager;<\/li><li>Must have prior experience managing online projects that include both visual and technology resources;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in
