Modeler to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Model documentation and recommendations;<\/li><li>Communicate with key stakeholders to facilitate discussions about data modeling;<\/li><li>Develop DDLs for physical implementation and views;<\/li><li>Data mapping and data discovery;<\/li><li>Analyze source system data using profiling tools;<\/li><li>Translates and transforms business requirements into data models (conceptual, logical and physical);<\/li><li>Track technical debt in the data design and recommend approaches to minimize and reduce technical debt;<\/li><li>Synchronize models with physical implementations;<\/li><li>Adhere to existing naming and design standards as well as recommend new standards;<\/li><li>Design data models in data modeling tools (e.g. ERWin);<\/li><li>Produce data model documentation using ER\/Studio at various levels including story, subject area, and full data model;<\/li><li>Work proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate issues\/challenges to reduce project delivery risks;<\/li><li>Work with business and application\/solution teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual\/logical\/physical data models;<\/li><li>Lead and\/or participate in data model reviews with various stakeholders;<\/li><li>Evaluates database and data and develop the data model appropriately.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in modeling in a Snowflake and Talend solution environment;<\/li><li>Minimum of 5 yearsu2fff experience with Logical Design demonstrated with large scale, multiple business solutions across divisions or enterprise;<\/li><li>Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a data analyst a nd data modeler;<\/li><li>Document target state end-end data flows and representations;<\/li><li>Ability to create and maintain conceptual data models, high complexity logical and physical data models;<\/li><li>Experience with SQL;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li><li>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);<\/li><li>ER\/Studio;<\/li><li>Strong analytical skills;<\/li><li>Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements;<\/li><li>Financial Services experience a plus;<\/li><li>Comfortable working in ambiguity;<\/li><li>Experience as Data Modeler on OLTP relational and data warehouse
