Scientist Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a Associate Data Scientist to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Apply statistical and modeling skills to enhance the understanding of our users at the individual level;<\/li><li>Become a resident expert in our data science platform, existing datasets, and schemas;<\/li><li>Work on studies and models to encode and automate portions of our investment process;<\/li><li>Ideate and collaborate on building predictive models and algorithms to optimize products;<\/li><li>Contribute in technical discussions on data standards and tooling;<\/li><li>Author production-grade reports, analytics, and dashboards for the above and for portfolio risk measurement;<\/li><li>Conduct hands-on research, business intelligence analysis and data mining on large, complex data sets to support the business.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>BA\/BS or graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field;<\/li><li>A deep understanding of analytic bias, A\/B testing, and experimental design;<\/li><li>Familiarity with econometrics and financial modeling a plus;<\/li><li>Great communication and teamwork skills;<\/li><li>Institutional financial, risk management, and\/or investment domain experience is a plus;<\/li><li>Experience or familiarity in survey data and analysis a plus;<\/li><li>Basic experience with Excel;<\/li><li>D3.js experience is desirable;<\/li><li>Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, or bachelors degree with significant healthcare experience;<\/li><li>2+ years working in an applied data analysis capacity required;<\/li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce DMP, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai or other DMPs a plus;<\/li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;<\/li><li>Customer Focus;<\/li><li>Experience with consumer behavior and insights analysis (transactional and usage.);<\/li><li>Knowledge or background in data engineering is a
