style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>training of field applications engineers as well as customer engineers;<\/li><li>product validation and characterization (hands-on work in the lab);<\/li><li>contribute to the definition of innovative and differentiated products;<\/li><li>technical documentation (e.g. datasheet, application note, and design guidelines);<\/li><li>set up and execute simulations of power converter circuits and systems;<\/li><li>system level testing and characterization;<\/li><li>customer support, including on-site support;<\/li><li>work closely with local and remove teams (FAE\u2019s, design\/test\/product\/reliability engineering, and marketing) to perform the tasks listed above.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Familiarity with analog circuits and\/or IC design including op-amps, DACs, ADCs, LDOs is also desirable;<\/li><li>Experience leading a team of engineers or managing an applications team;<\/li><li>Experience with analog circuit modeling and simulation tools (e.g. Simplis, PSpice, etc.);<\/li><li>Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written, are essential to this position;<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of control theory, closed loop compensation, stability analysis, phase margin, etc;<\/li><li>Schematic capture, PCB design tools such as Orcad,
